Ahhh, infomercials to get you inspired.

I've decided that I "have to have" P90X! I have been talking about it and talking about it, but I guess I am a little, um, scared to spend that much money on a program. That would mean really committing to it!

I bought New Rules of Lifting for Women at the beginning of the year and have 2 false starts. I made it through Stage 1 and then didn't know what to do, so I tried to start again and was bored doing the same think over again and quit. My deal I have made with myself is to make it through NROL4W before my birthday so I can then ask for p90x! I want to get Matt onboard too, I think it'd be so cool for us to do this together while its just the two of us in our own little gym!

I have around 2 months to get through this book. I dont know how long it takes, but I am going to tackle it one stage at a time.

This week - Stage 2! Here's the breakdown of activities due this week:

3XST (+1 optional) - Min 2.5 hrs
4XRun (+ 1 optional) - Min 16 miles (2.5 hrs)
2X Bikram Yoga (+ 1 flow optional) - Min 2.5 hrs

Mon: Run (6) + NROL4w, Stage 2, workoutA-1
Tues: Yoga + NROL4w, Stage 2, workoutB-1
Wed: Run (4)
Thur: NROL4w, Stage 2, workoutA-2 (optional Run-2)
Fri: Run-2 (optional flow yoga)
Sat: Run-4 + Yoga
Sun: (make up day, NROL4w, Stage 2, workoutB-2 optional or off)
