June 1 - 6 (Mon - Sat)

This is it! Last "running goals" for a while, then it'll be time to get ready for 26.2 at Disney! so here goes:

Week of my 35th birthday goals:

35 MILES

Mon: 7 miles + ST : Done

Tues: 7 miles + ST : Done

Wed: 7 miles : 2 Done

Thur: 6.5 miles

Fri: 0 miles

Sat: Swim + 7

( +Sun: The other 5.5 miles to finish the 35 miles for week of 35th Birthday! )

**Nutrition Notes: This week was awesome as far as nutrition goes. I wasn't particularly hungry and I didn't measure or overeat (I'm sure). Until my birthday and I had a veggie omelet & sausage, lots of bagels w/ lf cream cheese, mimosas, peanut butter & choc bars, and a couple pieces of cake.
