I need to work on consistency! I forget to check-in daily, and post, etc. I am online all the time, but I am usually here and there. New years resolution: to work on time management! I've been warned that work will be ramping up, so I wont have as much time to 'hang out' on here with my friends or keep up with my posts!

Next Goal on my list: Improve HM time from 12/21 - 2/8 by 5 minutes. This means I HAVE TO finish in under 2:10 this time!!! 7 weeks to work on speed!

T: Namaste Yoga: 3rd Eye (30 min) Easy RunDist: 2mi legs, glutes - Done.
W: Namaste Yoga: Water Light (30 min) Tempo Run Dist: 3mi (inc. .5 w/u & .5 c/d) - Done
T: Interval RunDist: 4mi, incWarmup & Cool down (7X400s) - Not done...
F: Namaste Yoga: Heart & Mind (30 mins), abs & arms - changed...
Run 1.5 mi, total body circuit - Done.
S: Long RunDist: 6mi - Not Done, used as Recovery day.
Sun: Run 1.5 mi, total body circuit - Done.


Speed Training Week 1/7: 15 miles

Note: (weights not done Wed. b/c of christmas eve: chest, back (cardio between sets))
