May 11-17 (Mon-Sun)

We've got the 'growing our garden' challenge going on right now in my spark group and it runs from Mon-Sun so I'll have my workout here follow that order.

School is winding down for the kids. I'm not sure if that's a good thing or bad thing, as my schedule will be totally different in 2 weeks. (UGH)! Its already showing up here... Thursday is one of the field trips for end of the year :) I do get to count walking around Animal Kingdom as exercise. Right?

2 Goals:

  • 420 minutes or more / 505 total minutes actual
  • 24 miles or more / 25.85 miles actual

    Mon: (planned 5.0 run) + ST (90 min)
  • 4 mi morning run (42 min)
  • 1.5 afternoon walk (23 min)
  • 38 ST + 7 min stretch. Felt great, kicked butt using my own made up routine.

    Tues: (planned 5.0 run) + yoga (75 min)
  • 5.1 mi morning run + 2.28 morning walk = 7.38 miles total
  • 2.1 afternoon walk/jog

    Wed: (planned 4.0 run) + ST (45 min)
  • 3 mi morning run + 1 mi morning walk
  • 33 min ST, evening: my routine (see log)

    Thur: off (Field Trip) (0)

    Fri: (planned 5.0 run) (50)
  • 2.0 mi morning run + .5 walking wu/cd
  • 1.5 mi afternoon run + .5 walking wu/cd

    Sat: (planned 5.0 run) + yoga (75)
  • 90 min total: (65 min run - 6.0 mi + 25 min walk - 1.75 mi)
  • stretch in pool afterward. felt absolutely wonderful! slow run + cold water = no pain!
  • felt very tired the rest of the day. lots of running around, but when I tried to workout with Matt, I had NO energy and gave up.

    Sun: (planned: Bikram) (90)
  • 90 min total. Some lady from Orlando teaching the class. she was very instructive, but her voice broke my concentration at times. All in All it was a very good class and the instructor asked if I have been doing it long, that I am very good at properly adjusting in order to hold the poses correctly. :) YAY ME!
  • Went to Ma & Pa's for lunch and swam a little. I think I like to swim :)
