Ok, so work and being a good mom really got in the way of my workouts this past week, with impossible deadlines and summer camp all rolled into the same week. The week was rewarding in both areas. My team actually did meet our project goal with MANY hours of overtime. It was also a priceless experience to watch my little princess in her first musical - it definitely made up for the missed morning runs while taking her across town to camp.I DID manage to get a few half workouts in (legs/back and arms/shoulders) Plus 3 runs.
Today I begin my third full week of P90X (again). Then I will move straight into Phase II (treating this week as a 'recovery' type week). My next goal is July 12th when I go home so no time for another hiatus! Here goes my plan to accomplish all my goals this week:

♦ am: 5 miles
♦ lunch: Ab Ripper X
♦ pm: P90X Arms & Shoulders
Wed:
♦ am: Yoga
♦ pm: 4 miles
Thur:
♦ lunch: Ab Ripper X
♦ pm: P90X Legs & Back
Fri: *off work*
♦ am 3-4 mi run
♦ pm P90X Kempo! :)
Sat: *Independence Day*
♦ am 7 miles
