P90X: Day 11

Today I did Yoga. I dont like the P90X yoga, it takes too long, I lose interest. However, It is a lot like Bikram and I have 10 classes left at the local studio. I am thinking of just subbing my Bikram saturday class for the P90X (thinking HARD about it!) This way, I dont spend all day dreading it, I just go, do it (all at one time) and leave it behind. Yeh, that's the ticket. :P I'll have this right by the time its over! haha.

You use all of your toes a LOT in yoga. My little broken toe didn't appreciate it much. No jumping back into plank - aways careful placement of the foot. Made for a verrrrry slow go.

TMI: Its just 'that time' for me to not like anything, so it shouldn't be surprising that I didn't care for my workout today. Sorry for the grouchy post :-P

Yoga: 90 minutes.

Nutrition Notes:
  • Bfast: 1/2 bagel, 1/2 banana, 1TPB, coffee
  • Snack: Clif Builder, coffee
  • Lunch: 1 ww wrap, 1/4 c guac, 1 black bean burger, 1 slice lf cheddar, 3 lettuce leaves
  • Snack 2: Kellogs Fiber bar
  • Snack 3: Kashi cereal w/ skim milk
  • Dinner: 7 oz Flounder, 2 ww bread, 1T ff yogurt, 2T salsa, 3 lettuce leaves, 6 oz wine.

  1. I TOTALLY understand where you are coming from. When I first started P90X I could only do about 30 mins of the yoga x dvd. I just got tired of it and could not make it through the 90 mins! I think my record for it was 45 mins - that is it! So I hear where you are coming from!

    BTW...I love Kashi cereal as well! My husband is a NUT for it! I could have that for dinner...LOL!
