I went to get my "body fat analysis" done this morning. They input my age and ht and had me stand on a effing scale! WHAT A JOKE. I can do that at home! I was so angry that I called to ask for a caliper test, they said they did it, it is 30 minutes from my house, I had a 7am appt and I stood on a scale for 30 seconds....OH, and it cost $15! Anyway, if I am going to go by a bogus reading I might as well get one off my own scales in the morning so that I can at least keep it consistant, I certainly won't be going to visit my friends at pro-health again!
When I got back, I went for my 3 mi. run and did the Ab Ripper X from last night. Ok, that's NOT a good idea. I couldn't keep my legs up!! From now on I will know to do abs first. I suppose that I will find out tomorrow if I did enough to matter. I certainly can tell that I worked my chest and back last night. The perfect amount of sore - I can really feel it, but I can KEEP BRINGIN' IT!
Plyo. Wow. It was pretty great! I did better than I thought I would! But I do admit that I paused it a good bit. It took me 75 minutes instead of 60. I was in the garage and it was at least 80 or more degrees outside, so I must have drank 4 ... or more... bottles of water, kept pausing to go inside for a refill. My favorite exercise? The swing kicks!! Awe yeh!!! My least favorite? Can you guess? The jump knee tuck! Oh wait... I didn't care for the Rock Star Hops either. Maybe after some practice...!
